FREE SHIPPING: ON ALL ORDERS WORLDWIDE ABOVE $49

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $49. No code is necessary; free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout, and it includes duties.

Shipping Details:

• Standard Worldwide Shipping (Track & Trace):
  Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days.

• Order Processing Time:
  Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to track your order. Delivery times are estimated and may vary.

• Order Cancellations and Adjustments:
  Unfortunately, once an order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible.

• Promotional Periods:
  During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to high order volumes.

• Shipping Days:
  Mr Shape only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Damaged Packages:

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@mr-shape.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.

How to Track Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your shipment tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email. The email will be sent to the address you used when placing the order.
