Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How It Works:

Trial Period: Try the product for up to 60 days. If you’re not happy with it, you can return it within this period for a full refund.
Request a Refund: Contact our customer support at support@mrshape.com within 60 days of receiving your product to request a refund. Please include your order number and feedback on why the product didn’t meet your expectations.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.
